hotel was clean, nice breakfast and staff were very accommodating only gripe we had was the safe wasn’t bolted to anything so anybody could take it! Overall a great hotel it was central to most things but also be preferred to walk a little to tram stop

This place is a joke. Staff so rude and unhelpful. Had a power cut and lift didn’t work and stairs were unclear so wasted a night of holiday with dead phones. We then come back to the hotel to get our taxi money and passports and our €50 had been stolen. Staff told us there was no €50 found and said it’s our fault for not putting it in a safe and said there’s nothing they can do about it and it’s on us. Awful service, untrained staff.

Staff were very lovely and helpful and had great English. I left a hair tool behind and they very kindly shipped it back to me without any hassle. The hotel itself isn’t in a great area but it’s handy enough to get a tram into the city. The rooms were spacious and clean although they could do with being a little warmer

Dont book it was the worst experience of my life it was so dirty and creepy feeling i had to leave the tv on to try get some sleep. The view from our bedroom window was board up buildings and we had cushions as pillows. I had booked for 3 nights and lasted one night. There was no food or bar. Its 20 mins from city only way in is a 10 min walk to get a train or €40 in a taxi
